1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of direct advertisers, including but not limited to CPI and CPA customers. 2. Responsible for business negotiations, business plans, contract signing, project tracking and business settlement of subsequent projects for cooperative projects; 3. Familiar with obtaining advertiser information and market information through multiple channels, understanding new marketing methods, and being sensitive to overseas advertisers' promotion methods and traffic; 4. Responsible for establishing in-depth cooperative relationships with customers and solving various problems and challenges.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in online alliance work preferred; 2. Fluent in English (written/spoken) at the native level, with business negotiation and contract interpretation capabilities； 3. Basic Chinese communication skills, able to cope with daily work exchanges； 4. Good communication skills and techniques, clear logical thinking, and clear goals; 5. Possess business negotiation skills, be able to withstand certain work pressure and dare to face challenges; 6. Strong execution, learning ability, cross-team cooperation and project management ability, strong self-motivation.
