1. Develop and implement the company's technology strategy; 2. Provide technical support and guidance to other departments (including sales and procurement departments) to ensure the ability to effectively communicate the company's product requirements to customers and suppliers; 3. Assist the procurement department in conducting factory inspections and guide and incubate supplier growth to meet the company's technical requirements; 4. Monitor market technology trends and provide feedback to management to provide a basis for business decisions.

1. Majors in mechanical design, industrial design, automation design, etc. with at least two years of experience in technical design and research and development in the bearing industry are preferred; 2. Proficient in using the five major tools of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA, familiar with and understanding the knowledge and application of ISO9001 quality management system; Proficient in using CAD and Solidworks drawing is preferred; 3. Proficient in the design, production process, and application of bearing products, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; 4. Able to accurately identify the causes of quality defects and improve product quality through corresponding measures, and conduct effective on-site control; 5. Responsible for the management, talent cultivation, and related training and promotion of the company's process technology team. 6. Work in our factory (factory address: Linxi County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province), including accommodation and meals. Occasionally need to go on business trips to Serbia.
