1. Provide on-site installation and configuration support for LED display, and deal with local customer needs; 2. Provide remote technical support to customers through remote desktop connection; 3. Provide on-site demonstration or training support for customers; 4. Able to write technical instructions for customers; 5. Can manually weld pixels on the LED display; 6. Screen body abnormal processing, research, diagnosis, troubleshooting, module maintenance, etc., to find solutions to technical problems. 7. Support exhibitions in the region; 8.Cooperate and feedback to call center in headquarters; 9. Can accept domestic and Southeast Asian business trips. 10. Warehouse in and out management, inventory, maintenance.

1.Must have a college or undergraduate degree, with good English communication skills; 2. Have a good interest in electronic or mechanical equipment; 3. Good problem solving and communication skills; 4. Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and complete the task within the prescribed deadline; 5. Major in electronic technology or related, experience in maintenance of precision electronic products or experience in LED industry is preferred; 6. Have good hands-on ability, after internal training can be quickly put into after-sales service work.
