Job responsibilities
岗位职责: 1、根据公司业务发展战略,负责开拓海外市场,建立及维护客户关系; 2、根据出口业务发展规划,制定及分解销售目标,带领团队完成目标任务; 3、根据市场需求调研分析,制定出口产品规划与销售计划; 4、对产品销售过程进行合理有效管控,全方位提升客户满意度; 5、制定出口业务运营方案,建立健全部门各项考核指标等。 岗位任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历,英语听说读写流利,有海外留学或工作经验者优先; 2、5年以上快消食品领域进出口贸易领域从业经验,具备较强的海外市场开拓及客户管理能力,熟悉进出口贸易政策及相关法律法规; 3、有水果行业经历或有东南亚市场开发,熟悉东南亚市场者优先; 4、优秀的商务沟通及谈判能力,积极进取,具备开拓创新精神。

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English and Chinese as working languages. • Possess extensive experience in market development and customer management, • Familiar with import-export trade policies and local laws and regulations. • Strong business communication and negotiation skills, proactive, with a spirit of innovation and initiative.
