Stay current on industry trends, including solar PV innovation, battery storage, and hydrogen integration. 6. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to secure permits and agreements. 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permitting processes. 8. Understand project finance and investment analysis. 9. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 10. Prepare and present regular reports on progress, budgets, and metrics.

1. Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. 2. 3+ years of solar PV and BESS project development experience. 3. Extensive knowledge of solar PV, BESS, hydrogen tech, regulations, and incentives. 4. Proven experience developing Solar+BESS, standalone BESS, and Solar+BESS+Hydrogen projects. 5. Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills. 6. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management abilities.
