Position Responsibilities Responsible for hosting and leading the company's major architectural landscape design projects, formulating project design strategies and controlling the design direction. Organize the design team to carry out project research, conceptual ideas and scheme design to ensure the innovation, practicality and aesthetics of the design scheme. Prepare design documents, including design schemes, renderings, construction drawings, etc., to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the design documents. Communicate and coordinate with owners, builders and other related parties to solve problems in the design process and ensure the smooth implementation of the design program. Track project progress, control design quality, and ensure that projects are completed on time and in good quality. Grasp the development trend of architecture and landscape design at home and abroad, introduce advanced design concepts and technologies to improve the company's design level. Cultivate and guide the design team to improve the overall design capability and professionalism of the team. Participate in the company's brand building and marketing work to enhance the company's visibility and influence in the field of architectural landscape design.

1. Have more than 5 years of experience in architecture/planning/landscape design, and serve as a project designer; 2. Having work experience in renowned landscape planning and design firms both domestically and internationally, fully understanding cutting-edge landscape planning and design information and methods both domestically and internationally; 3. Design: Able to independently design large and complex landscape projects, proficient in handling and designing terrain. And independently communicate with clients, determine the overall plan and design direction based on this, be able to effectively report the plan, design ideas can be implemented and expressed through the plan, and hand drawn ones are preferred; 4. Communication skills: Fluent in English, able to communicate with Chinese designers.
