Collaborate with Co-teachers: Work alongside the Chinese homeroom teacher to manage the classroom, ensure <br/>safety, and foster children's self-regulation skills.<br/>3. Engage with the Environment: Prepare classroom displays, communicate with parents, write reports, and document <br/>daily stories.<br/>4. Monitor Child Development: Assess progress, conduct parent-teacher meetings, and provide guidance for holistic <br/>growth.<br/>5. Participate Actively: Contribute to school activities, professional development days, and events, including occasional <br/>weekend engagements.<br/>6. Foster a Professional Culture: Demonstrate a growth mindset, build team synergy, and contribute to a high performing workplace environment.<br/><br/>

1. Native English speaker.<br/>2. Passionate about early childhood education.<br/>3. Caring and patient with children.<br/>4. Bachelor's degree or higher (Education major preferred).<br/>5. Teaching certification is highly desirable.<br/>6. Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience with children aged 2-6 years.<br/>7. Experience in an IB school is an advantage.
