Job responsibilities<br/><br/>1. Make semester teaching plan, determine the teaching purpose, teaching content, progress and class hour allocation of performing arts/drama subjects;<br/>2. Based on the IB teaching framework, carry out interdisciplinary or cross-learning teaching and single subject teaching of performing arts/drama combined with inquiry units;<br/>3. Develop students' performing arts/drama skills and promote their physical, intellectual, emotional and social development; Encourage students to make choices that are conducive to a long and healthy life; To enable students to understand the cultural significance of performing arts/theatre activities to individuals and communities;<br/>4. Track and evaluate students' learning status of performing arts/drama on a regular basis;<br/>5. Participate in teaching and research exchanges between grade groups or subject groups, research and practice advanced teaching methods, and actively carry out teaching reform;<br/>6. Organized special sports team training, performing arts/drama clubs and other outward bound training for performing arts quality projects;<br/>7. Organize campus art festival, drama cultural activities, develop students' interest in performing arts/drama activities, organize performing arts/drama events inside and outside the school;<br/>8. Actively cooperate with class teachers, regularly communicate with parents, and feedback students' performance arts/drama learning effect;<br/>9. Summarize experience and write teaching papers; Complete the teaching objectives set by the school.

Job requirements<br/><br/>1. Bachelor degree or above;<br/>2, drama or performance or dance or art related major, solid professional foundation, good performing arts/drama teaching ability and solid specialized skills;<br/>3. At least 3 years relevant working experience, working experience in international school, able to teach in both Chinese and English;<br/>4. Have the teaching certificate;<br/>5. Be able to use computer and modern multimedia teaching methods, and have strong communication and expression skills;<br/>6. Have participated in art performance competitions at all levels with outstanding achievements.
