Key Responsibilities Internal Audit Strategy and Plan Formulation Formulate annual and medium- to long-term internal audit strategies and plans in accordance with the company's strategic objectives and business development. Supervise and evaluate the implementation of the audit plan to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of the audit work. Internal Audit Project Implementation Lead the audit team to carry out internal audit projects, including financial audits, operational audits, compliance audits, etc. Coordinate internal and external audit resources to ensure efficient completion of audit projects. Review audit reports to ensure their accuracy, completeness and professionalism. Internal Control and Risk Management Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control system, propose improvements and promote implementation. Identify potential risks in the company's operations, propose risk response strategies and follow up the implementation effects. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of risk management policies to ensure that the company's risks are controlled within tolerable limits. Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation Supervise the company's compliance with national laws and regulations, industry standards and company policies. Conduct regular assessment of the company's compliance, make recommendations for compliance improvement and promote implementation. Assist the company in responding to inspections and audits by external regulators. Team Management and Training Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment and motivation of the audit team. Establish and improve the workflow and system of the audit team to improve the overall efficiency of the team. Create a positive team atmosphere and enhance team cohesion.

Job Requirements - Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation and qualified auditor or accountant - At least 6-9 years working experiences in auditing area. - Good English speaking, reading and writing - good communication skill - Ability to produce work to a high standard of presentation and accuracy - Ability to independently handle & service foreign clients well with minimum supervision by partners; - Ability to undertake responsibilities and be autonomous, ready to have diversified working tasks / multi-task functions; - Familiar with Chinese financial policies and related laws & regulations; - Able to travelling due to work purposes.
