Job responsibilities
English communication and translation: Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and be able to write English emails, conduct conference translations and engage in daily communication fluently, ensuring unobstructed communication between the General Management Office and international partners and customers. Participate in roadshow activities: Assist in the preparation for and participate in the company's domestic and international roadshow activities, including but not limited to preparing presentation materials, coordinating the speech process, recording feedback, etc., to enhance the company's brand image. Copywriting and management: Be responsible for drafting, reviewing and archiving the daily documents of the General Management Office, including but not limited to writing meeting minutes, reports, editing department documents, etc., to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information. Reception and public relations: Be responsible for receiving important visiting guests of the company, including arranging itineraries, preparing for meetings and providing ceremonial reception services, demonstrating the company's professional image. Business trip and overseas support: According to the company's business needs, accept domestic and international business trip arrangements, assist the general manager in handling administrative affairs during business trips, including but not limited to itinerary planning, accommodation reservation, etc., to ensure smooth travel.
Job Requirements
Language ability: Proficient in English, at the CET-6 level or above, with good practical application ability of business English. Organizational and coordination ability: Have strong project management, organizational and coordination skills, and be able to efficiently arrange and follow up multiple tasks. Copywriting skills: Have excellent writing expression ability and copywriting skills, and be familiar with the norms of official document writing. Strong adaptability: Be willing and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexibly deal with various unexpected situations. Business etiquette: Understand and master basic business etiquette knowledge, and have good interpersonal communication skills. Willingness to travel on business: Be proactive and have a positive attitude towards domestic and international business trips, and be able to adapt to irregular international travel.
