1.Research and development in current best practices in experiential, project-based and interdisciplinary education;<br/>2.Provide program, curriculum and instructional leadership and oversight;<br/>3.Manage and support curriculum development and the continuous improvement of the learning environment through comprehensive data analysis and cycles;<br/>4.Oversee the implementation of the network model on campus, connecting practice at the campus level to research, development and curricular coordination with other schools;<br/>5.Collaborate in the effective management of school operations;<br/>6.Support the Head of School in achieving enrollment targets;<br/>7.Actively recruit all Division faculty by engaging in strategic outreach to personal and professional networks;<br/>8.Participate in the selection and hiring of all Division faculty;<br/>9.Collaborate with campus administration in the efficient implementation of operations for related school division and compliance;

1. Native English Speaker; <br/>2. Master degree or above; <br/>3. Good Primary and Middle School teaching experience; <br/>4. At least two-year Primary and Middle School management experience;
