Job responsibilities
Major Job Responsibilities:  Assist the supervisor in project management of the school’s accreditation process, including AACSB, EQUIS, etc.;  Draft accreditation reports;  Coordinate Faculty and cross-department for accurate data collection;  Data management and data reporting: analysis and presentation of information;  Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation library;  Coordinate pedagogical training workshops;  Support faculty meetings/activities and prepare meeting minutes or relevant reports;  Draft competitive intelligence analysis and other departmental reports;  Support other departmental level tasks/activities as necessary.
Job Requirements
Basic Job Requirements:  Bachelor degree; Native English Speaker; Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is preferred;  Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work to ensure timely and high-quality work delivery;  Excellent English copywriting skills and keen attention to detail;  Proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated and a quick learner;  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
