1.Performs engineering evaluation and troubleshooting tests, product and process capability studies, product data reviews, and other engineering evaluation work to assure sensor product functionality and manufacturability. 2.Proficient in Sound Check, B&K is a plus. 3.Failure analysis of Acoustic (Audio) testing. 4.Can set-up Audio test station. 5.Know-how on acoustic test equipment and test principle. 6.Create proposals for fixture and products further improvement. 7.Prepare failure analysis reports and drives and monitors test yield improvements.

1.Minimum BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics. 2.Working experience in acoustic components company with minimum 4 years or masters degree in acoustic area. 3.Knowledge about acoustic components for telecommunications products and/or end-consumer products. 4.Experience in acoustic design of speaker or microphone is a plus. 5.Familiar with the microphone ,speaker, box, earphone test equipment and test principle. 6.Familiar with material of acoustic components is a plus. 7.Create and interpret reports such as CPK, GR&R, pareto and 8D. 8.Experience in FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis. 9.Familiar with the terminologies: THD (Total Harmonics Distortion), impedance and Rub & Buzz normalized test. 10.Hard-working, good team work & with self-initiative. 11.Fluent in English language, both in written and oral.
