Job responsibilities
Responsible for all payments of invoices and ensure all are processed timely.
Review all invoices, claims, reimbursements and other related for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Assist in month end closing and financial reporting.
Manage petty cash claims and reimbursement.
Assist in the development and implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures.
Assist in internal and external audits as required.
Assist in merchant sales reconciliation.
Assist senior as needed.
All other duties or projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above.
Proven experience as account payable, or in a similar role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong in processes and managing timeline.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with accounting software (Oracle NetSuite) and systems.
Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Strong self-driving force.
Mandarin as the working language, with English or Malay as a second language. Proficiency in both is required.
