Key Responsibilities Curriculum Design and Teaching Design and adjust the English syllabus and teaching plan according to students' age, English level and learning needs. Adopt interactive and participatory teaching methods to stimulate students' interest and motivation in learning. Teach basic skills such as grammar, vocabulary, listening, reading and writing to enhance students' comprehensive use of English. Combine multimedia teaching resources to create a rich language environment and enhance students' English language sense. Student Assessment and Feedback Regular English proficiency tests are conducted to assess students' learning progress and effectiveness. Based on the assessment results, we will adjust the teaching strategies and make personalized tutoring plans. Provide timely feedback to students and parents on students' learning and make suggestions for improvement. Participate in school English competitions and activities to provide opportunities for students to demonstrate their English. Cultural exchange and activity organization Take advantage of the status of foreign teachers to introduce foreign educational concepts and cultures to enhance students' understanding of multiculturalism. Organize activities such as English corner and cultural lectures to provide students with opportunities to interact with foreign teachers and enhance their cross-cultural communication skills. Participate in the school's international exchange programs and contribute to the school's international development. Communication and cooperation with other teachers Maintain close communication with other English teachers in our school to share teaching experience and discuss teaching methods. Participate in teaching seminars and team meetings to jointly improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching.

Qualifications and requirements: 1. Only European local teachers from the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. 2. Age between 20 and 40 years old. 3. Bachelor's degree. 4. Possess a Tesol/tefl certificate. 5. Have 2 years of teaching experience.
