- Each cabin is made up of 10-15 campers and each cabin is staffed by 3-5 Chinese and foreign camp counselors who are responsible for the life and development of the campers. - During the day, camp counselors lead campers in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities according to the schedule. Camp counselors work in the sunshine. - Camp Counselors are also required to record and provide feedback on campers' performance and give appropriate evaluations and recommendations. Keeping in touch with the camp director is also a part of the camp counselor's job description. - If you have skills such as fencing, drama, or crafts, you have the right to develop your own program and request to be included in the schedule. - Camp occasionally holds unscheduled theme parties and/or hikes to which all camp counselors are invited.

- Educational Requirements: Camp counselors should have a college degree or equivalent. - Excellent communication skills: Camp counselors must be able to communicate effectively with campers, parents and other staff. They should be able to clearly explain instructions, answer questions and provide feedback. - Positive Role Models: Camp counselors should be positive role models for campers. They should demonstrate good behavior, treat campers with respect, and set a good example for campers. - FIRST AID/CPR CERTIFICATION: Campers should be certified in basic first aid and CPR. This is to ensure that they are capable of handling any emergency that may arise. - FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY: Camp counselors should be able to work in a constantly changing environment and have a good sense of humor. They should be able to handle different personalities, be patient, and respond to challenges in a positive way. - Physical Condition: Camp counselors should be in good physical condition. The job involves a lot of movement and outdoor activities, so it is important to be able to keep up with the campers and participate in the activities. - Passion for working with children: Camp counselors should enjoy working with children and be passionate about helping them grow and learn. They should be patient, understanding, and enjoy being around young people. - Organization and time management: Camp counselors should have good organizational skills and be able to manage their time effectively. They should be able to plan and carry out activities, keep track of campers' schedules and make sure everything runs smoothly.
