(2 years 1 month) A Million microbiomes from human project (MMHP) aims to sequence and analyze one million samples of human microbiomes in the next 3 to 5 years to draw a microbiome map of the human body and build the world's largest open-access database of the human microbiome. So far, MGI/ BGI research is spearheading to this project and commits to providing 100, 000 free samples by the end of 2020 or early 2021. I work for the MMHP consortium to coordinate the project progression, SOP establishment, data sharing, and data re-use. Besides, I also contribute to the MMHP database construction, which will make MMHP data accessible and benefit the microbiome research. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve new order bookings and revenue targets specifically for the biopharma • Grow biopharma market share against key competitors • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing biopharma key accounts • Promote the central lab service to biopharma customers (mainly clinical) • Sharing product and marketing information with R&D and product management team to design product and marketing strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, for instance, application service, R&D, and project management teams, to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction

• Working as a team leader to develop high throughput in-vitro assays for anti- HBV drug screening • Getting involved in the CNS disease team to analyze the NGS and proteomics data to identify new drug targets
