Juni 2023 - September 2023 (4 bulan) Defined BI strategy for Indonesia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Delivered daily mobile leadership dashboards in Looker Studio on iOS and Android to give a clear view of business health. Co-created a Like-for-Like (LFL) sales dashboard with Marketing to track GMV, average order value (AOV), gross margin, discount percentage, and ideal food cost month over month.

7 tahun 9 bulan (3 tahun 8 bulan) • Lead several enhancement FP&A project for big customers, such as Bank Indonesia, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, and PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk every year since 2019. • Increased Bank Indonesia's procurement department performance using Business Intelligence to help them manage several purchases orders, vendor and contract performance, and budget vs actual for purchasing assets. • Assist Institut Teknologi Bandung reconcile their invoice and receipt data in legacy systems vs Oracle Finance • In charge with the presales for new customers on EPM modules, such as Planning & Budgeting (Cloud/On-Premise) and Account Reconciliation.
