  Built and maintained a portfolio of 20-30 personal training clients, many of them international members relocating for work or study, delivering around 35 one-to-one sessions per week. Designed and delivered individual training programmes focused on strength, conditioning, mobility and injury considerations, always adapting to each client’s level and limitations. Led around 5 group classes per week (HIIT, total conditioning, glute training, mobility, etc.), maintaining high energy, clear communication and strong member atendance and feedback.
