In this position, I assist clients in maintaining efficient operations of their automated warehouses with Goods-to-person AGV system and resolve problems, whether software or hardware, in a timely manner. I also play a communication role between Japanese customers and overseas manufacturer from China and India. In order to achieve these missions, I have strong learning capacity, communication skills, and I am fluent at Chinese, Japanese and English.
