Through these efforts, I was able to optimize the performance of the business units and achieve significant growth in revenue and profitability.In addition, I spearheaded the initiative to develop a DataMart with the Project Management Office (PMO) as a pilot study for every business unit in the organization, enabling each unit to create their own dashboard for reporting to the group CEO. I also measured the results of marketing campaigns for both end-users and kiosk owners to identify their effectiveness.

Working closely with the Minister of Labor and Directors of various departments, I received requirements directly from key stakeholders and managed a team of developers to ensure the successful launch of the platform.In addition to displaying available job openings, the platform leveraged advanced matching algorithms to connect job seekers with opportunities that aligned with their skills and experience. We also provided recommendations for reskilling and upskilling to help candidates further develop their abilities and succeed in their chosen field.The platform was a major success, and we had the opportunity to showcase it at the BITEC in Bangna as part of a Ministry of Labor project presented to the Prime Minister.Furthermore, not only is there a job-search portal, but there is also a career fair that generates roughly 1 million opportunities. My team is also in charge of the IT systems at this employment fair.
