Fast ramp up volume from 0.8 million to 3.3 million. Secure & smooth 2 billion business transition for MCCB family in CN. > Take project management department manager role in SELCOM GROUP Co., Ltd. Lead 7 PMs to manage all NPD/NPI and mass production project in SELCOM. Project range cover Automotive Electronic products, Industry Electronic products, and Home Application Electronic products, etc. Manage key account include BSH, VW, Eldor, Vodafone, GE and Johnson Electronic, etc. > Take project manager role in Cisco Shanghai R&D center for 7 years. Work in Data center switch BU to lead project from products design, NPI/NPD, Supply chain setup, to mass production. Professional experience in Project Plan, Resource Management, Risk Management, NPI/NPD, and COGS Optimization. HW/SW design team coordination and ODM/OEM/CM supplier management. 7 years Tier-1 EMS manufacturer (JABIL/FLEX/FOC) management experience. > Self-motivate, dedicated, well organized and persistent; adapt to high pressure environment and result orientation.
