I taught a variety of classes: one-to-one and group. Age 4- 14. Level: small stars, high-flyers, trailblazers. My responsibility included lesson planning, building rapport with my students and their parents, and giving feedback monthly/ quarterly/ annually based on their strengths and weaknesses. I also tailored HW based on their acquired skills, interests, and abilities. In class, I encouraged students` participation, fully supported them, and taught them in a playful way letting them grow naturally.
