Additionally, I had enriching conversations with the educators at the preschool to learn effective classroom management skills and teaching strategies to create a conducive and nurturing learning environment. Through this, I gained a deeper understanding of the preparation of age-appropriate lessons, and the importance of a safe outdoor learning environment, and equipped myself with implementing effective classroom management strategies.
