During this period, I took charge of projects for advertising campaigns and audiovisual content developed in collaboration with agencies such as BBDO and McCann, the Government of Chile, and other domestic and international companies. In this role, I led a team of approximately 10 people, coordinating animation, motion graphics, compositing, and visual effects processes for high-demand production projects. My position combined creative direction, technical supervision, task planning, and team guidance throughout the various stages of production. This period was pivotal in consolidating my skills as a team leader, strengthening not only my creative and technical capabilities but also my experience in leadership, workflow organization, agency communication, and the management of complex audiovisual projects.
