Bill of materials and Procurement processes for a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU). Check the drawings of the equipment and the wiring diagrams for the RTU. Create engineering documents for the RTU and SCADA Check the instrument index, I/O list, instrument loop diagrams, P&ID, and I/O summary, and then prepare an I/O list document for the SCADA and RTU. Design the RTU and SCADA system architecture. Toolbox Plus ,TWinsoft Programming ( Kingfisher, T-BOX ). GP-PRO EX3.0 - EX4.0 Programming (HMI). Configure and test the RTU and SCADA systems. (signals of the Instrument , Flow computer, DCS, GC, EVC. Conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Integrated Factory Acceptance Test (IFAT), and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for the RTU and SCADA, in collaboration with PTT . Prepare reports after the FAT, IFAT and SAT for the project manager and the client. Collaborate with Project managers, PTT and relevant departments to ensure the successful completion of the project on target.
