- Understanding customer supply chain challenges and related warehouse requirements (via interviews, workshops, RFP documentation) - Creating and visualizing the concept design - Performing data analysis - Capturing a base line set warehouse requirements based on data analysis and qualitative input - Leading external and internal solution design processes (incl. workshops,meetings, calls) together with Business Development Managers - Create Customer and Solution Documents, for handoff to Project development and Operational teams Consult during the life cycle of the warehouse solution development, implementation, and operation - Drive in the solution design process of larger capex investment projects at existing warehouses - Drive solution design for new scope of activities of customer implementations in existing sites.

• Study company’s products and logistics solutions to provide expertise to sales team and customers. • Follow and research the competitor’s strategy and the industry trend. • Work with sales team to design and present ACR automation solutions. • Train and co-work with integrator and suppliers. • Collaborate with project implementation team to ensure successful deployment of proposal. • Help the development, edition and translation (Chinese to English) of the solution related documents. • Design the ACR-solution demonstration for industry exhibition and present the solution on the expo.
