•Manage Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence Project for Allianz Asia Pacific, and manage multiple teams in 7countries. •Identify Life Insurance Operations KPI and formula to create Regional Operations Dashboard. •Monitoring and drive brainstorming session to gather feedback from stakeholder and translate problems into solutions. •Implement and deliver training for all stakeholders. •Analyze the Business Intelligence (BI) report to provide timely consultation, communicate finding and recommendation to resolve. •Implement the Dashboard and Ad-hoc report from BI System to provide information for Allianz Asia Pacific team to summarize as quarterly report and plan for continuous improvement.
