has gave me some major experience in my desired role, allowing me to work with all types of people from different backgrounds and lifestyles. The job boosts confidence levels and leadership skills every single day and it is guaranteed that no day is the same. Whilst coaching within the role I’ve had the experience to work with many coaches in professional clubs and national teams allowing me to gain valuable coaching skills and techniques. As well as picking up new drills and sessions from someone in a professional role. Rangers Soccer Academy and Charity Foundation As a coach with the Rangers Soccer Academy and Charity Foundation, I have had the opportunity to work in elite centres, where I provided advanced training to young athletes, helping them refine their skills and reach their full potential. In addition, I have visited numerous schools to deliver sessions on the Show Racism the Red Card program and the Joy of Moving initiative. These programs allowed me to engage with young people on critical social issues, using sports as a platform to educate and promote inclusivity. My work involved not only coaching football but also creating a positive and respectful environment where children could learn about the importance of diversity, teamwork, and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.

I had the experience here to work with children with additional support needs. The sports and fitness exercises and games allowed individuals who may struggle with normal classroom activities to develop life skills and increase confidence. The experience provided me with a real insight into how much individuals like this can benefit from sport and exercise and was an experience I am grateful for.
