Oversee units diversity and access portfolio, creating repeatable and reusable tactics for driving engagement within student populations which have been historically underrepresented within higher education, with a specific focus on BIPOC, first generation, and low-income students. Oversight includes high-impact partnerships across the University and the field of education, creation of scalable guidance and best practices for the broader team to use with their partners & students, communication strategy and content creation, and student employment and leadership development.
