(9 years and 11 months) Direct the daily activities of 10 full time Health, Safety and Environmental Representatives. Review KPI's for patterns. Provide Health and Safety Training. Attend Investigations to identify the root cause as well as make recommendations to eliminate the root cause. Attend to perform onsite investigation when required. Ensure any training deficiencies are addressed. Perform Workplace inspections/Audits Provide tech knowledge when required.
