Summary

Currently seeking a position in education administration or classroom education. My educational experience has included American Common Core as well as American State driven standard education with some foray into AP and IGCSE courses. I have always believed that the more we try, the more we learn about ourselves. In this thread, I have taken opportunities to work and grow in different skills and jobs, often as second jobs. These experiences include: training and supervision as well as human resources, payroll, safety, and many other platforms. I am an organized and punctual planner. I have worked with many different school structures from schools over 1500 students to as little as 75. I have worked in organizations with several levels of supervision: as manager, mentor, independent worker, and with minimal supervision. I am a vocal advocate for volunteering and community outreach. My teaching philosophy is student driven learning through examination, discussion, and activity. I prefer projects, debates, discussions and activities to direct ‘stand and deliver’ teaching – though I strive in all things for balance. My hobbies/passions include painting, reading, studying language and history, and volunteering. I look forward to new experiences and chances to continue to grow, learn, and teach. I believe that my life and educational experiences make me a great selection for a new member of any team. As I have passed half a century of life, my CV would be extensive if every skill and job was included, so I welcome interviews and open questions through Skype, Zoom or other platforms to further discuss gaps which reflect non-educational jobs which I have done as well.
