Secured PEI – Pure Earth International as the authorized distributor for Eastman tubular batteries in Kenya, strengthening the offline battery segment. Played a pivotal role in expanding Eastman's distribution network and after-sales service presence across the East African region. Support Engineer Responsibilities: Delivered technical onboarding and product training to partners, installers, and internal teams to ensure proper deployment of Eastman solutions. Provided real-time troubleshooting and remote diagnostics for system performance issues to reduce downtime and improve customer satisfaction. Offered pre-sales technical consultation, including system sizing, load analysis, and solution design, to support business development teams and EPC partners. Developed and maintained technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and service bulletins. Collaborated with R&D and product teams to provide field feedback for continuous product improvement and regional customization.
