Key person of daily operation of the Data Science Research Center and SMIIP lab.•Served as the personnel manager to be responsible for all matters related to the onboarding and departure of engineering scientists, engineering researchers, RAs, TAs, staff, interns, volunteers.•Tracked key performance metrics for education programs and research projects; Maintained industrial accounts for school-entrepreneur collaboration.•Planned and organized the 2018 Second International Innovation Forum, Artificial Intelligence and Technology with more than 130 attendances. Among them, there were 6 members of National Academy of Sciences/Engineering from United States, Canada, etc.
