•Manage and follow up all incoming material quality issue , capability and cost with supplier.•Regular audit and evaluate the quality system& process management at domestic and foreign supplier site.•Develop and improve supplier performance such as product robustness ,machine capacity, tooling error proof.•Assess and evaluate supplier performance, Quality, Technology, Capacity, Safety and SPR scoring.•Training 8D report ,DRBFM,FMEA,KPIV&KPOV ,5W,PCN to supplier•Establish incoming inspection standard and training to relevant person.•DPPM management and suppliers meeting to target goal of HGST DPPM.•Review and summarize monthly and quarterly report on supplier quality performance for continue improvement.•Supplier Change Request management PCN ,PEN when supplier changing process , machine/tooling.•Coordinate new product/QMP reviews and closures between suppliers and Japanese/Singapore/US CE engineering.•Lead conference call for material quality improvement with Thai/Japanese/Chinese/Singapolian/American/Malaysian.•Work and communicate to suppliers on highlighted issue /excursion .Provide 8D /DRBFM report in documenting supplier’s corrective action.
