Duration : Aug’23 to Present Duties and Responsibilities at manufacturing plant: • To comply with all applicable statutory regulation related to EHS and maintaining the records. • Establishing, developing and implementing IMS ISO 45001:2018 and IS014001:2015 Standards and maintaining the same • Responsible for monthly and annual environmental legal compliance. • Monitoring STP and drinking water, air emissions. • Responsible for safely handling, Storage and Disposal of hazardous waste as per rule and maintaining the records. • Maintaining the data of Sustainability as per GRI/BRSR Principles and coordinating with concerned department for Sustainability data. • Ensuring the CGWA NOC conditions. • Responsible for the approval of CTE, CTO and Hazardous waste authorization as per PCB guidelines. • Investigating and reporting workplace incidents. • Conducting monthly Plant safety meeting and Contractor safety meeting, maintaining records of MOM. • Ensuring the healthiness of the firefighting system and gas monitoring system by periodic maintenance • Ensuring proper Work Permit System is being followed within the plant premises. • To ensure proper emergency preparedness by conducting Fire drills on half yearly basis and complying the recommendations observed on the same. • Providing in-house training forO&Mpersonnel, security personnel and contract workmen for safe working practices, Emergency preparedness and handling. • Updating reports on daily, monthly basis (Safety MIS, HSE Highlights),Audit compliance reports, near-miss, unsafe acts and conditions report • Promoting the safety culture of the plant by rewarding for reporting of deviations, conducting safety promotional activities like safety campaigns, event. • Yearly Budget preparation for smooth functioning of EHS Activities.
