(2 years 3 months) Implement launching NPI project and move forward to mass production smoothly - Co-work with cross-function team (design, production engineering, SCM,ORT...) to perform trial run test at (DVT, PVT, PVR) phase on progress and point out material/process issues to handle and close them timely. - Deploy Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities to determine the appropriate use of process controls with suppliers during NPI phase and pilot run. - Lead PPAP process and review PPAP documentation checklist (Part submission warrant, process flow diagram, PFMEA, control plan, GR&R, process capability...) - Work with EMS/ODM team to build NPI documents as control plan, inspection plan, SIP, SOP and conduct processes/dimension/cosmetic audit. - Based on the design of new part, component, specification, product, list up risk point as well as potential problem so that we build process to prevent it. - Drive both EMS/ODM and material suppliers in root cause failure analysis and take corrective action, preventive action to preclude recurrence from CAPA. - Collaborate with engineering, sourcing team to search and qualify multiple sources to reduce cost and make sure stable production. Take care of supplier management including EMS/ODM/material supplier to ensure stable high-quality. - Review and improve production yield rate and pursue continuous improvement of production capability at EMS/ODM/Supplier to archive best cost. - Take lead for regularly onsite audit at EMS/ODM/supplier to ensure processes/ production in compliance with the company’s requirement. - Co-work with cross-functional team to drive major/critical issue’s investigation and implement improvement solution with vendor. - Regularly vendor’s quality audit performance assessment to maintain and improve QMS system. - Review and approve request of engineering or production changes (4Mchange) - Evaluate pre-shipment inspection results and managed 3rd party inspector.

(1 year 10 months) - Define NPI production line setup audit checklist and conduct the line setup audit during the stages of product validation testing (EVT, DVT and PVT) base on checklist and SOP. - Conduct First Article Inspection on final assembly level before mass production Approval. - Conduct periodically product and process audit to ensure the product and process quality fully meeting Skullcandy specification requirement - Lead to perform supplier source inspection according to AQL (Zero/Critical problem, 0.6/major acceptance criteria and 1.5/minor acceptance criteria) - Implement monthly quality reviews with ODM suppliers. - Work with OPM, Engineering team and ODM suppliers on the product/ process change evaluation and approval. - Collect and conduct quality data analysis effectively and frequently to focus efforts on top priorities and achieving results - Combine with ODM suppliers to investigate root cause, take corrective action, preventive action (CAPA) when finding the defects and monitor their improvement implementation.
