Participated in deployment AMHS solutions combining UR arm/MiR AMR technologies, Program, configure, and customize AMR/Mobile Cobot solution to meet customer application requirements, program and integrate robot into IT system, Error handling, log collection. Participate in project meetings with the customers to learn about their AMHS requirements. Working with other system equipment suppliers to ensure seamless integration. Conduct light proof-of-concept work to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of robot solutions. Identify and resolve technical issues during deployment and post deployment. Document deployment processes, best practices, and lessons learned to contribute to the team's knowledge base.

Optimize AGV performance based on the layout of the facility, material flow, and production processes. Manage and coordinate AGV implementation projects with various stakeholders, including customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes based on time and budget. Work closely with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field, contributing to product improvement and innovation. Conduct training sessions for customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of AGV systems. Perform testing and validation of AGV systems to meet performance and safety standards.
