Developed battery testing and black mass processing partnerships with EU and Asian stakeholders. Leading design of a digital traceability system aligned with the EU Battery Passport. Representing the company in ICBR, RECHARGE, ERMA, EBA and European Commission working groups. Building cooperation models between EU recyclers and Chinese technology partners.

  Led the development of a major Chinese-funded battery recycling project (CarbonX Group / Ruicycle) in Alicante, Spain. Managed project scope to reach Top 3 capacity target in Europe (50,000+ t/y). 65.000 m2 phase I ( Black Mass Production 5 years and Resue) Phase II Hydromet 24.000 tons/y Input Oversaw engineering, permitting, EHS compliance, and local authority engagement. Coordinated Chinese and European engineering teams for process integration. Project cancelled in 2024 due to funding leakage and withdrawal by investors. Transitioned leadership to establish Revive Batteries and continue sustainable objectives independently.
