Focused on the Transmission Characteristics of Focused Bessel-Gaussian Beams in Ocean Turbulence
Team Leader2022.08-2024.10(2 years)Theoretical Deduction and Model Construction: Conducted in-depth research on relevant domestic and foreign literature. Based on solid professional knowledge of applied statistics, complex theoretical deductions were accurately analyzed, and a transmission model of focused Bessel-Gaussian beams in anisotropic ocean turbulence was constructed. Numerical Simulation and Programming Implementation: Python and Matlab were used for the numerical simulation of the theoretical model, successfully reproducing the results of the paper and ensuring the smooth progress of the project. Innovative Achievements and Team Management: A simulation model was built through Matlab, and numerical research was carried out in combination with image calculation results to obtain innovative achievements. Team Leader2024.02-2024.06(5 months)Data Collection and Preprocessing: Collected data on the number of overnight tourists in Hangzhou and network search data using Python crawlers based on the Hangzhou Culture and Tourism Data Online Platform and Baidu Index. Data cleaning, missing value processing, and normalization were carried out with the help of SPSS to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Keyword Selection and Model Construction: Based on the Spearman correlation coefficient and the random forest algorithm, Matlab was used to screen out the network search keywords most relevant to the number of tourists. A tourism volume prediction model based on BP neural network and LSTM neural network was constructed and compared with the traditional ARIMA model. Model Optimization and Result Analysis: Model training and optimization were achieved through MATLAB software. Finally, the multi-feature LSTM neural network model based on Baidu Index performed outstandingly in all indicators, showing high prediction accuracy and stability.
