It was a restructuring programme that planned activities, the proper atmosphere and setting, the change in the system of evaluation, the school calendar/training and application of calendar of International proficiency exams, selection and choice of new material as well in class and after class activities related to it, curriculum, teacher development, a modern approach and also the research of apps and sites that could offer reliable material and worth experiences to faculty and student body. The project was developed and implemented under the Rule of the Pedagogical Director and the Owners of the School during the years I worked at the school and continued to be enriched afterwards.
