    ℹ︎: 'SBA Academy' is a Badminton academy project set up by the Singapore Badminton Association (SBA), with a Élever Badminton Academy in Singapore overseeing the academy's operations. The Academy's goal is to explore and expand the pool of local badminton talent, This season was in partnership with Radin Mas Primary School. This programme alone lasted 15 weeks during the first half of 2024.► As Head Coach, I:Support the Assistant Coaches in my team - with the Academy running over 15 weeks with six 2-hour classes weekly. The session ratio is 1 Coach to 8 students, and I interact with stakeholders (students, parents, coaches), with my knowledge of the Badminton World Federation (BWF) Level 1 Coach Education adapted for the Academy syllabus. This requires effective and multilingual communication skills. I also work directly with the club that manages the partnership with SBA for quality assurance of the programme on the ground.
