(3 years 11 months) • Support technically and commercially to the customers' needs related to High Voltage and Medium Voltage Surge Arresters. Provide guidance in the use and selection of Surge Arresters and monitoring device according requirements and specifications. • Report sales activity, generated sales quotations, and proposals to achieve sales objectives. Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. • Set and achieved sales targets for the South and North America region. Prepare sales presentations for clients showing success and features of our Surge Arresters. • Monitor customer buying trends, market conditions and competitor actions to adjust strategies and achieve sales goals. Analyze sales data and kept up to date with market trends. • Travel across North and South America, 10-25% of the time, for customer facing meetings. Perform products presentations and training at customers facilities.

• Manage all phases of projects for Electrical, Air Conditioning and Fire Systems from procurement to commission. Responsible for the implementation. Prepare and reviewed engineering specifications, scopes of work, schedules of payments and other documents. • Selection of suppliers and work team to make sure that the project meet quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals. • Supervise project execution and assign human and financial resource. Define and discuss targets, schedules, and budgets. • Work on site to provide recommendations, conduct site inspections, look for change opportunities, and bring solutions to customers request or contingencies. • Control engineering and construction activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets. Evaluate change order requests in response to out-of-scope work activities and developing field conditions.

5 years 6 months (1 year 9 months) • Direct and coordinate all phases of construction of High Voltage Substations projects from procurement to commission. • Control engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets. Evaluate change order requests in response to out-of-scope work activities and developing field conditions. • Review project requests from customers and produce proposal to meet customer requirements. Make sure that project teams meet quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals. • Plan and manage engineering projects and continuous improvement programs to reduce labor and costs. Maintained records of cost and quantity information for each project and engineering discipline. • Visit construction or implementation sites to provide recommendations, perform site inspections, and apply knowledge of technology and engineering to bring solutions to customer's request.

(3 years 9 months) • Coordinate all phases of construction of High Voltage Substations projects from procurement to commission and Maintenance’s projects for Small Gas Turbines. • Support to procuring construction bids, recruiting, and selecting contractors. Work in the defined targets, to perform schedules, and determinate budgets, risks, change opportunities, and resources. Document management and technical review of design system's documents. • Visit construction or implementation sites to provide recommendations, perform site inspections, and apply knowledge of technology and engineering to bring solutions to customer's request. • Evaluated change order requests in response to out-of-scope work activities and developing field conditions. • Supported leaders throughout decision-making and launch by providing regular reports to drive process improvement and corrective measures.
