Selected as Class of 2020 Influencer Recognition Award from W&M Cohen Career Center. Recognized by U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) for recent service in support of the selection panels for our Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program. Participated & Completed W&M 2021 Modern Leadership Course. Completed W&M Building bridges and Connections Series hosted by W&M Engagement Office.I play a major role in working across different departments while collaborating with 14 different faculty members to develop and implement numerous W&M faculty-led summer study abroad programs that typically send about 300 students abroad over the summer. These efforts help support the universitys COLL 300-In the World Curriculum. I have deepened our relationships with W&M exchanges and sponsored semester programs through increase student enrollment, partnership, and communication. I have spent the last four years overseeing and expanding our Study Abroad Student Advisory Board to 9 board members. The Study Abroad Student Advisory Board has held study abroad panels, marketing, and outreach events to promote study abroad engagement, as well as provide essential feedback to our office as we expand to new virtual platforms.
