Senior ECE Chair for the BASIS China Schools network - position supports enhancing the academic and intellectual standards across the network. Support all schools within the network by overseeing the hiring process of new teachers in ECE divisions. Lead ECE Chair network meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Point of contact for Course Advisors, facilitate collaboration on network tests and curriculum management. Lead in developing and presenting presentations and providing support to both current and new ECE Chairs. My role involves close collaboration with BASIS International and Bilingual Schools China management office to ensure the smooth functioning of the network.

Chair of the ECE Division. Responsible for instructional coaching and observations, vertical and horizontal curriculum alignment, teacher evaluation and support, leading professional development and ensuring teachers feel part of a winning team.

Homeroom teacher. Taught ages 3-6. Responsible for student academic and social emotional development in the school setting, delivering the curriculum in a developmentally appropriate way, working with parents and the wider school community to promote positive learning environment.Experience and training in NWEA MAPS testing, teaching Jolly Phonics curriculum, Heggerty Phonemic Awareness curriculum, Seesaw Online Portfolios.Other areas: effective parent communication, Microsoft TEAMS re: team collaboration
