This included being an agency liaison to clients, and developing professional customer relationships. I also actively contributed to the briefing in of campaigns to agency creatives - conducting creative art direction and copywriting tasks for various, ongoing social content. The brand accounts which I managed were Cornetto SA and Ola SA. The accounts I supported on were Look Good Center (Angola, Ethiopia, Mauritius as well as Central Africa - Zimbabwe, Zambia & Malawi), Vaseline (South Africa & Kenya) Fruttare SA and Unilever Careers.
