• Responsible for managing and implementing Holganix’s marketing strategy for their three buyer personas.• Creates all the content including but not limited to the blog, social media posts, press releases, web content, sales literature, email lead nurturing campaigns, and downloadable content such as ebooks, case studies, and white papers.• Manages the email lead nurturing workflows through HubSpot along with the process of measuring lead stage and pushing leads to sales when appropriate. • Responsible for data analytics and reporting packages that support operations, sales, and executive team decisions. These reports also included measuring Holganix’s Key Performance Indicators as well as the company’s quarterly and annual priorities.• Leads Holganix’s freelancers in order to develop digital and print copy and graphics for Holganix’s content strategy. Also, worked with freelancers to redesign Holganixs website to give a more modern look with a bigger focus on the agriculture buyer persona.• Organizes company’s executive meetings, operations meetings, and monthly company townhall meetings while adhering to Gazelle’s Scale Up guidelines for effective meeting rhythms. • Creates quarterly shareholder updates on behalf of the CEO.• Successfully implemented new branding of Holganix’s flagship product line including the creation of digital and print content as well as educating employees, investors, distributors, and customers.• Participated in the Yield Lab Accelerator 2020 cohort program for start ups in the agtech space.

• Developed Holganix investment summary and pitch deck, which led to a $100,000 investment and entry to an incubator called Yield Lab. • Created and managed the content strategy including the company’s blog and social media presence, website, case studies, ebooks and email marketing campaigns through Hubspot in order to drive and develop leads; including writing over 400 blog posts, 25 case studies, 50 email newsletters and three ebooks.• Nurtured leads through the development of eight workflows on Hubspot creating more sales qualified leads.• Planned and produced webinars to better educate customers on product portfolio and industry trends via GoToMeeting.com and GoToWebinar.com totaling 543 registered attendees. • Organized three national tradeshows to boost brand awareness and develop leads.
