• Serve as video editor, videographer and audio mixer for live and live-to-tape broadcasts for a variety of television shows, including news, sports, lifestyle and cooking. • Collaborate with producers and anchors to shape informative and compelling news stories, while delegating and overseeing video editing assignments for production assistants and interns. • Implemented editing procedures for the department that streamlined the video editing process–increasing efficiency and creating higher quality packages for our daily news show and weekend variety-segments. •Worked with the Mayor and City Manager offices to create videos that highlighted the city’s developments and recent achievements that premiered during the Mayor’s State of the City address. • Directed and edited several promotional videos for the City of Torrance Permit Center to help the public better understand the services offered.
