Develop and optimize CNC processes and part programs using Siemens and Fanuc controls to achieve OEM dimensional and geometric requirements. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC, servo, and coolant systems to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. Design custom fixtures and tooling using SolidWorks to support production and process improvements. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, production, quality, and external suppliers throughout project planning, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting. Apply GD&T and manufacturing engineering principles to improve process capability, repeatability, and product quality.
