I possess extensive and all-rounded experience in Project & Design management in various different projects, especially in the hospitality sector, with cross-cultural diversity. With my diverse background and experience working as an Interior Designer, Fit-out Contractor and also Owner’s representative, and the ability to speak 3 languages (English, Mandarin and Cantonese), I am able to interface well with different stakeholders because I understand the different insights and culture of the different internal/external project team players, which allows me to better communicate and drive result effectively & efficiently. I am really interested in BIM Management and knowledge. I possess the fundamental knowledge but have yet to practise on a real project. I seek the opportunity to put it into good use and be really good at it. I think someday we are able to adopt Agile Project management into Project Development at the design stage using BIM.
